| Introduction
The noticeboard allows notices to be posted onto your website.
These notices can be grouped into different sections if you wish.
There are three ways notices can be entered into a section of
the noticeboard.
- Notice is added to noticeboard immediately
When a user enters a notice onto the noticeboard, it will be
posted immediately. You will be sent an email with the contents
of the notice in it. You can then choose to leave it on the
noticeboard, edit or delete the notice.
- Notice is sent to you for approval
Notices are sent to you by email so that you can approve them.
The approval process is very easy, you simply log into the Web
Apps control panel and select the notices you would like to
approve.
- Notices can only be entered by you
This option will not allow users to add a notice at all. All
notices in sections with this setting must be entered through
the Web Apps control panel.
You can give each section of the noticeboard a description so
that users know what sort of notices to expect in each section.
